Return Policy

Within 30 days of the shipping date, return the unopened items to us and we'll promptly refund your money.

For a refund, the items must be received unopened in original packaging. If items that you ship back to us are received damaged, no refund will be issued. Please return to: Sporting Fly Productions, LLC, 1538 Highland Oaks Dr, Arcadia, CA 91006.

Shipping is not refundable. Your return must be shipped prepaid in order for us to accept it. However, if the error is ours, we'll pay the shipping costs. Otherwise, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, nor do we accept returns after 30 days from the original shipping date.

• The average shipping time is 3-5 days for standard (Free) shipping by USPS 1st class mail.
• The average shipping time is 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail ($3.99 charge).
• Please note that the average shipping time for standard (Free) 1st class mail shipments to Alaska and Hawaii is 7-10 days.
• Actual shipping times can be longer in the event of bad weather or other unforeseen events.
